Part of The ASCII Group’s 2026 conference series, ASCII Edge brings together MSP owners, technology providers, and industry leaders for two days of business-focused education, peer networking, and conversations around the challenges shaping managed services.
HENNGE returns to ASCII Edge following its participation in Washington, D.C., where attendees voted its presentation with Dawn Sizer, CEO of 3rd Element Consulting and a member of HENNGE’s MSP Advisory Board, Best Overall Session.
In Chicago, Sizer will present “Identity Is the New Perimeter: What’s Missing From Your Clients’ M365 and Google Workspace Security Stacks.” The session will examine a growing gap in SMB security: while multi-factor authentication remains an important layer of protection, it doesn’t provide the contextual controls needed to determine whether a login should actually be trusted.
Sizer will discuss how conditional access can help MSPs evaluate factors such as device, location, and login context before granting access. The presentation will also explore how MSPs can bring stronger identity security to SMB clients whose existing Microsoft licenses may not include these capabilities.
For MSPs, addressing this gap creates an opportunity beyond improving client security. As access requirements become more complex, identity security can become a repeatable managed service that MSPs standardize across their client base, adding another layer of protection while expanding the value of their existing services.
