San Francisco, California — October 5, 2026 — HENNGE Inc., a cloud identity and cybersecurity company, today announced the availability of HENNGE Password Manager, a password management solution designed to help organizations securely manage credentials for applications and systems that don’t support single sign-on (SSO).

As organizations rely on more cloud applications, SSO provides a centralized way to manage access across many services. However, not every application supports SSO. Credentials for these systems can remain outside centralized identity management, leaving employees to store passwords in browsers, spreadsheets, or other locations that IT teams may not be able to properly manage or secure. Weak and reused passwords can create additional risk.

HENNGE Password Manager helps close this gap by giving organizations a centralized way to securely store, distribute, and manage credentials for applications that don’t support SSO. Administrators can provide users with access without exposing the underlying password, centrally update or revoke credentials, and allow users to sign in through browser autofill.

The solution also uses a zero-knowledge architecture, with part of the key required to decrypt passwords stored on the user’s device. This approach is designed to prevent third parties from viewing stored credentials even if information held within HENNGE Password Manager is exposed.

“SSO has made it easier for organizations to manage access, but not every application fits neatly into an SSO environment,” said Robert Sharp, President and CEO of HENNGE Inc. “HENNGE Password Manager helps close that gap by giving organizations a more secure and manageable way to handle the credentials that sit outside SSO, without making access more complicated for users.”

When used alongside HENNGE’s existing SSO and access control capabilities, HENNGE Password Manager extends centralized credential management to applications that would otherwise sit outside an organization’s identity strategy. Additional functionality for securely managing shared credentials across teams, departments, and projects is planned for a future release.

HENNGE Password Manager became available on October 1, 2026, as part of HENNGE Identity.
